People’s Credit Union Supports Child & Family With $2,000 Donation

Helps Resilient Families, Vulnerable Children, and Elders Throughout Rhode Island

People’s Credit Union recently donated $2,000 to Child & Family, one of the largest social service agencies in Rhode Island, in support of their mission to ensure family preservation. Courtney Hunter, Head of Community Development for People’s Credit Union, presented a check to Child & Family’s President and CEO, Marty Sinnott, and Senior Director of Permanency, Fred Barbosa, to aid their home-based and community-based programs that range from foster care and early learning to community living and aging well.

“We’re proud to partner with an organization whose vision and culture align so closely with ours,” said Ms. Hunter. “Like Child & Family, People’s Credit Union believes that we all do better when communities work together to help their members thrive.”
