Dashboard
Welcome to your new online banking dashboard!
Here you will see a list of all your accounts. There are headings to move easily from the dashboard to your accounts, transfers & bill pay, services & tools, and more.
You will also see new widgets such as Savvy Money which helps guide your credit journey.
Accounts
On the accounts dashboard, you will see each of your accounts listed. They can be color-coded, given nicknames, and hidden or shown.
- Click on the account you would like to change
- Click on the pencil icon
- A pop-up will appear asking to fill in a nickname, offering color choices or the option to click a box to “Hide This Account”
Statements and edocs, Spending Analysis and Savings Goals are all available in this section.
Transfer and Pay
Transfers
Click “Transfer and Pay” where you can transfer money from one of your People’s Credit Union accounts to another, send money to another People’s Credit Union member, pay your People’s Credit Union loans, or send money to an account outside of People’s Credit Union.
Scheduled
A scheduled transfer will bring you to a calendar where you will see the dates and amounts of your scheduled transfers.
Activity
Your transfers to and from all accounts are listed here.
Setting up External Accounts
Add an account instantly by signing in with the credentials from your external account or add the account manually by entering the routing and account numbers. Verification for setting up a manual external transfer is up to 3 days.
Bill Pay
Pay your bills simply and securely, anytime and anywhere you have internet access. It takes just a few minutes to register.
Bill Pay Dashboard
A secure and easy way to manage your bills all in one place. Start by setting up payees. You can schedule your payments, set up an autopay, and sign up for eBills.
MultiPay
The “MultiPay” option within Bill Pay is designed to allow you to pay several payees all in a single session.
Scheduled
The “Scheduled” tab in Bill Pay provides a calendar view that gives you monthly totals of your upcoming payments. Most payments can be edited and deleted from this screen.
History
Access your Bill Pay history from the History tab, it is available to download or print.
Settings and Tools
Manage Debit Card
Turn your debit card “on or off” and set up transaction alerts to be notified of debit card activity.
Order a Debit Card
Request a new or replacement debit card via standard postage to your address on file. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. The name on the card will match that of the online banking profile’s owner. A confirmation will be sent via the “Message Center” once your order has been processed or if any additional information is required to proceed with the request.
Travel Notifications
Notify People’s Credit Union of your travel plans to avoid interruption with using your debit card.
Card Updater
The fastest way to securely update your People’s Credit Union Debit Card at all of your favorite retailers. Now you can update your card information all in one place… instantly! It’s easy and secure.
Check Services
Stop current check payments and reorder checks from one convenient location.
Stop Payment
Click “New Stop Payment Request” to start a stop payment request.
Reorder Checks
Reorder checks online by selecting “Order Checks”. You’ll need a checkbook from your previous check order to complete the process. If you have any questions, please send us a secure message by selecting “Ask a Question”.
