Apple Pay Pay Digital Wallet

Enroll in Apple Pay

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
  2. Tap (+) to add your card.
  3. Scan your People’s Credit Union Debit Card information or manually enter the details.
  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Verify your card for security purposes.

Pay with Apple Pay

Pay with iPhone with Face ID

  1. Double-click the side button, choose your People’s Credit Union Debit Card from your Digital Wallet.
  2. Glance at your iPhone to authenticate with “Face ID” or enter your passcode. 
  3. Hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless reader until you see “Done” and a checkmark on the display.

Pay with iPhone with Touch ID

  1. Rest your finger on “Touch ID,” choose your People’s Credit Union Debit Card from your Digital Wallet.
  2. Hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless reader until you see “Done” and a checkmark on the display.

Pay with Apple Watch

  1. Double-click the side button, choose your People’s Credit Union Debit Card from your Digital Wallet.
  2. Hold the display of your Apple Watch near the contactless reader.
  3. Wait until you feel a gentle tap.

Google Pay Digital Wallet

Enroll in Google Pay

  1. Using your Android® device, download the Google Pay app and log in.
  2. Tap the (+) sign in the app to “Add your Card.”
  3. Enter your People’s Credit Union Debit Card information.
  4. Verify your card for security purposes.

Pay with Google Pay

  1. Wake up and unlock your phone.
  2. Hold the back of your phone close to the payment reader for a few seconds.
  3. If promoted, follow the instructions on the screen. Some stores may ask for your Debit Card PIN or your signature.

Android/Samsung Pay Digital Wallet

Enroll in Samsung Pay

  1. Using your Android® device, download the Samsung Pay app and log in.
  2. Tap the (+) sign in the app to “Add your Card.”
  3. Enter your People’s Credit Union Debit Card information.
  4. Verify your card for security purposes.

Pay with Samsung Pay

  1. Open Samsung Pay on your phone.
  2. Tap “Pay” and select your People’s Credit Union Debit Card.
  3. Tap “PIN” and enter the required security information, or if you have fingerprint security set up, place your finger on your phones fingerprint scanner.
  4. Hold the back of your phone close to the payment reader for a few seconds.

What can we help you with today? 

Once you have received your debit card in the mail, you would call the phone number provided on the sticker of the card and follow the prompts to activate. You should call from a phone number associated with your information that we have on file.

Applying for Overdraft Protection is easy. Please visit our Overdraft Protection page to determine which product is right for you.

You can view your account balance/s by signing into your myBanking™ profile through our website or through the PCU myMobile app. To view account activity, click on the desired account to see recent activity. You can filter by date range to see previous activity.

To manage your debit card, from your PCU myMobile app, select the “Card Controls” menu option. From there you can turn your card on and off and restrict certain types of transactions.

From your myBanking™ profile, you can select the “Manage my ATM/Debit Card” from within the Service Center. From there you can turn your card on and off and request a temporary limit increase for POS or ATM transaction withdrawals.

To submit a travel notification if you anticipate using your debit card while traveling, navigate to the “Notify PCU of My Travel Plans” link in the “Service Center” within your myBanking™ profile. From there you would input your debit card number, the start and end dates of your travel, as well as the trip details.

There is no limit to the amount that you can deposit at an ATM. The availability of those funds is limited, however. Please see our funds availability policy for more details..

If your debit card was lost or stolen, you can restrict the card from within your myBanking™ profile under the “Manage my ATM/Debit Card” option within the “Service Center” or the “Card Controls” option in your PCU myMobile app.

You can also contact the Member Service Center at 800.498.8930. If the credit union is closed when you call, you can select option “7” from the phone menu to proceed with reporting your card lost or stolen.
