Covid Update #11 September 8, 2020

Over the last several weeks, I have been asked by members “When will you reopen our branch lobbies?” And my response is always “As soon as we feel that we safely can.” 

Our team continues to monitor the latest reports from federal, state and health agencies, as we try to balance the needs of our members with the health and safety of both our members and our employees. At this time, we do not believe it is prudent to re-open our lobbies and potentially expose you or our employees unnecessarily.

Although we are continually looking for ways to enhance the efficiency of our drive-up service, we have been able to assist our members with most transactions since closing the lobbies in March. To better assist our members with transactions that cannot be conducted easily through the drive-up or self-service channels, we are now available for scheduled in-branch appointments. Appointments may be scheduled right from our website or by calling your local branch.
