Covid Update #2 March 13, 2020

Dear valued member,

Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, we wanted to assure you that People’s Credit Union will continue to closely monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other state and federal agencies and take all necessary precautionary measures for the health and safety of our members, colleagues, and the communities we live in.

We also want to share a few of the ways we are here to serve you during this time:

Whether you chose to visit our branches or drive-ups, please know our branch teams are available to serve you. We’ve augmented daily cleaning procedures with the use of stronger disinfectant products on high-touch surfaces, have continued to make hand sanitizer readily available, and are educating branch teams on best practices recommended by the CDC. We have also asked colleagues to stay home if they have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, have recently been in an area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19 or have had any of the symptoms related it.

If you are concerned with going out in public, you can conduct many of your common branch transactions online. You can use the free PCU myMobile App or online banking to view transactions, check balances, make payments, transfer money, deposit checks and more. If you do not already have our app you can download it via the App Store or Google Play. Additionally, your People’s debit card can be used to make purchases worldwide.

Lastly, if you would like to speak with one of our Member Service Representatives please call your local branch or the Member Service Center at 800.498.8930.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and communicate any additional measures necessary to support you and the communities we serve as needs arise.

Thank you for being a member of People’s Credit Union.

The staff of People’s Credit Union
