While we are encouraged by recent trends related to the slowing spread of COVID-19, we have determined that the best way to keep all branches open and to protect the health of our members and employees is to extend our lobby closures through January 29th. Unfortunately, we have seen some institutions forced to temporarily close entire branches due to COVID-19 related staffing shortages. Our goal is to re-open our lobbies as soon as we are confident that we can maintain proper staffing as well as protect the health of our members and employees. We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 conditions and update you accordingly. We ask that you please continue to use the drive-up windows or self-service channels to conduct your financial transactions. As a reminder, here are the capabilities of our online channels:
- Using online banking or the People’s Credit Union myMobile app (a free download from Google Play or the App Store), you can check balances, view transactions, make payments, transfer money, and pay bills.
- You can also deposit checks using our app on your mobile device or tablet.
- We offer banking by phone by calling 888.728.2447.
- Online personal account opening, mortgage/consumer loan applications, as well as loan payment options can also be found on our website.
If you need assistance signing up for or using any of these tools, please call our Member Service Center at 401.846.8930 or 800.498.8930. Members are also able to schedule in-branch appointments to conduct business that is not easily conducted through the drive-up or other self-service channels.
