Member Connection – Fall 2020

Dear Member,

As we complete the Third Quarter of 2020, your Credit Union’s performance continues to be strong and we have been able to increase our liquidity and net worth to help weather any uncertain times ahead. Our new strategic planning process has been built to allow us to be more flexible and responsive to changes in local, national, and global environments. This will allow us to adjust our priorities and focus more quickly based
on those changes.

Although we continue to be impacted by COVID19, your team at People’s Credit Union has been not just managing through the
pandemic but more importantly looking beyond it to prioritize how we can continue to improve your experience. Current initiatives include, expanding the drive-up capabilities at several branches, rebuilding our website, launching a data analytics initiative, and replacing all our ATMs by March 2021. In addition, as we plan for 2021, we will also be improving the mobile banking and consumer lending experiences.
As an event filled 2020 comes to a close, we hope that you, your family, and your co-workers have a healthy, safe, andhappy Holiday Season.
