People’s Credit Union announced the opening of its new and improved branch building at 703 Kingstown Road in Wakefield, RI, just half a mile from the previous location at 150 Old Tower Hill Road. Sean Daly, Head of People’s Credit Union, welcomed employees, members, public ambassadors, and the community at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 23rd.
“At People’s, we are always striving to be a catalyst for positive change, and the relocation of our Wakefield branch is another step toward that goal,” said Daly. “And if we can replace an underutilized lot with a new building that positively contributes to the beauty and charm of Wakefield, that’s what investing in the community looks like.”
