What You Will Need To Get Started
- A fully executed (signed) lease or rental agreement as a PDF file
- At least 3 on-time rent payments in the last 6 months, including at least 1 in the last 3 months, paid from a People’s Credit Union account

Yes, qualifying rent payments over the last 24 months can be included in reporting.
When you sign up for rent reporting, your rental payments made from your People’s Credit Union account will be automatically identified and reported to the major credit bureaus. Rental payments made from other accounts cannot be included in this reporting service.
Rent reporting will conclude when the rental agreement’s lease term and associated payments end. It can be continued if a new agreement is uploaded.
You can cancel rent reporting at any time, for any reason. Just sign in to your rent reporting dashboard, click “Modify Rent Reporting,” and proceed from there.
