Experienced Leader Brings Strong Operational, Communication, and Coaching Skills
People’s Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Shana Silveira as Head of Branch in Wakefield. Reporting to Deborah Maxwell, Head of Area Branches, Ms. Silveira will be responsible for the successful operation and daily oversight of the branch. In this position, she will drive the development of new business and member relationships while ensuring the delivery of a service-focused branch experience by leading the performance of the branch team through effective coaching, guidance, and training.
“With 15 years of customer service and relationship management experience, along with a history of operational excellence, Shana is the ideal person to lead the team at our Wakefield branch,” said Maxwell. “At People’s, we are always striving to improve the overall experience at our branches, and I know Shana is committed to supporting those efforts in Wakefield.”
Throughout her career, Ms. Silveira has worked to ensure success for her customers, from roles as Customer Service Representative and Relationship Banker at Bank of America, to Member Services Representative at Greenwood Credit Union. Most recently, she held consistently more senior roles at Centerville Bank, where she finished her tenure as Branch Manager.
