People’s Credit Union Donates $500 To Thrive Outside

Helps Give Local Youth Access to Nature Through Outdoor Learning

People’s Credit Union recently donated $500 to Thrive Outside to support their mission to give young people the opportunity to fall in love with nature and thrive through that experience. Head of People’s Credit Union, Sean Daly, and Courtney Hunter, Head of Community Development, presented a check to Thrive Outside’s Founding Director, Shannon Rozea, and Development Director, Sheila Dobbyn, to support Thrive Outside’s upcoming Earth Week Challenge and to help expand projects and programs that benefit both students and educators.

“By implementing Outdoor Learning Zones in local elementary, middle, and high schools, Thrive Outside is giving our young people the chance to explore, study, and protect the environment,” said Mr. Daly. “We’re proud to be supporters of the growing Thrive Outside Movement.”
