At the 104th Annual Meeting of People’s Credit Union shareholders, four members were reelected to the Board of Directors. Alyson Adkins, Dr. Christopher Ottiano, and Toni Lyn McGowan were reelected to serve a 3-year term (2026-2029), and Thomas Vignali was reelected to serve a 2-year term (2026-2028). The membership also reelected one member of the Supervisory Committee: David J. Fox, Esq., for a 3-year term (2026-2029) as Chair/Secretary. Chloe Alliod was newly elected to the Supervisory Committee to serve a 2-year term (2026-2028). Mr. Fox and Ms. Alliod will join J. Kevin Hyman and Michelle Freitas, CPA. Freitas currently serves as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Committee.
People’s Credit Union’s Board of Directors consists of eleven members, all of whom are members of People’s Credit Union. In addition to the newly reelected members, William Douglas, Jr., Terri Marucci Fitch, Steven Kozlowski, Ph.D., Edward T. Lopes, Jr., Timothy J. DelGiudice, Fank Newsome, and John Trifero currently serve on the Board of Directors.
