On Monday, August 26th, we will introduce “Cloudflare Turnstile” to our online banking log in both online and in the mobile app. This new tool enhances security by protecting against credential-stuffing bot attacks while ensuring a smooth user experience, keeping your accounts secure. Though it is always a best practice, it is especially important to confirm that your device software and browser(s) are up-to-date before the introduction of Cloudflare. Attempting access from a device with an outdated operating system or browser version may result in a Cloudflare error that will prevent login. In addition, the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), ad-blockers, and/or browser extensions may cause issues with the ability to verify successfully with Cloudflare.
