This specialized account provides a 1.00% earnings credit to offset the costs of our Cash Management services, which include:
- Business Online Wires: No monthly fee; $25.00 per outgoing domestic wire
- Desktop Remote Deposit Capture (RDC): $25.00 per month
- Positive Pay: $25.00 per month
- Desktop RDC + Positive Pay Bundle: $40.00 per month
How Does it Work?
Once you enroll in our Cash Management services, one of your business checking accounts will be converted into the Business Cash Management analysis account. Earnings credits can be calculated using the balances across all your business accounts—even those tied to associated businesses with separate tax IDs.

1. Bundled Services Examples:
- Service Costs: $40.00 per month for RDC + Positive Pay Bundle
- Average Daily Balance: $50,000
- Monthly Earnings Credit: $41.40
Your $41.66 credit fully covers the $40 service fee, helping you save on Cash Management costs.
- Service Costs: $40.00 per month for RDC + Positive Pay Bundle
- Average Daily Balance: $25,000
- Monthly Earnings Credit: $20.55
Your $20.55 credit is applied to the $40.00 service fee, helping you save on Cash Management costs.
2. Online Wires Example:
- Outgoing Wire Cost: $25.00 per transaction
- Average Daily Balance: $75,000
- Monthly Earnings Credit: $62.50
With this setup, your credit could cover up to two outgoing domestic wires.
Note: Earnings credits are applied monthly and are non-transferable. Credits exceeding monthly service fees
cannot be carried over.
